Please choose carefully as change of mind returns will not be accepted, as every jewelry is custom made for our customers. 

Exceptions are made for manufacturing faults, or when products need to be altered by size. These items could be returned within 14 days, please note that you contact Prescious D Jewelry before your send your order back.

- Email info@preciousd.nl to request a return confirmation

- PreciousD advise the customers to use PostNL

- All jewelry MUST be insured when send back to PreciousD

- The shipping cost for the return are at the customers expense

- Returns must arrive within 10 days after return confirmation

- In case of manufactururing faults the jewelry cannot be used, must be in the same condition as sent. PreciousD reserves the right to  refuse a return, when the jewelry have any sign of use.
